WTS NC Triangle Chapter is excited to launch the 2024 – 2025 Mentorship Program to connect mid- to senior-level women in the transportation industry to foster mentoring relationships. The purpose of the program is to empower women by providing a targeted mentorship and supportive community. This program aims to create a supportive environment that inspires the cultivation of interpersonal, communication, leadership, and other soft skills crucial for personal and professional success.

Over the course of a few months, the program will host in-person meetings for mentors and mentees to get to know each other. We will hold panel discussions, speed mentoring and a book discussion. The goal of these events is to connect women with mentors and provide them with the tools they need as they continue to propel into successful careers in the transportation industry.
