Introducing the 2025 Mentorship Program

Welcome to the WTS Mentorship Program, where experienced professionals in the transportation industry are matched with eager learners looking to grow and develop their skills. This program is designed to provide a supportive learning environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

1. Kickoff Meeting - Virtual: 

Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 (5:30 pm - 7 pm)

At the Kickoff Meeting, you will be introduced to your Mentee/Mentor, we will have icebreakers, and a chance to meet virtually in a private zoom room with your Mentor. 

2. Virtual Workshop and Check-in Meeting: 

Tuesday, June 17th, 2025 (12 pm to 1 pm)

The Virtual Workshop will take place over lunch to allow for flexibility of work schedules. We will check in with you, evaluate how the program is going, and introduce additional tools to aid in your conversations.

3. In-Person End of Program Celebration: 

Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 (5 pm - 7 pm)

This final in-person meeting will be an opportunity for you to celebrate the progress made and relationships built. We will meet for dinner and activities.
