The WTS SF Bay Area Chapter has a long history of conducting research and reporting on findings that impact women in the transportation industry. The Glass Ceiling Task Force is a team dedicated to this important and insightful effort and has produced its fifth report, A Longitudinal Study Benchmarking Women in Leadership Roles, in addition to four past reports focused on women in the San Francisco Bay Area Transportation Industry.

The fifth report will be officially launched on January 18, 2024 accompanied by a virtual panel discussion on the findings. RSVP for the program here!
