Mentoring Program
The goal of the WTS Philadelphia Mentoring program is to provide both entry and mid-year professionals with guidance and support outside of their existing networks. With this coalition of professionals, our mentors will share their lessons learned, and assist mentees in navigating challenges, goal setting, and career advancement.
