Scholarships

WTS – NH 2024 Scholarship Applications are now CLOSED.

 

Eligibility of the WTS-NH Undergraduate scholarship includes:

  • Students currently enrolled in a NH High School or college; and students who graduated from a NH High School in the past year.
  • Students studying science, technology, engineering, math or other sustainability related majors. 
  • Students considering a career in a transportation- or sustainability-related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, a minimum GPA of 2.5 is required.

Tumi Ogunyankin

Tumi is currently a senior at Timberlane Regional High School. Tumi is a dedicated member of the Timberlane HS Robotics program and Co-Captain of the Science Olympiad team. She plans to study Electrical Engineering in college, particularly focusing on printed circuit board design (PCB). She hopes to use her knowledge in PCB design to improve vehicle functionality and performance. She hopes to contribute to the enhancement of power management systems to increase energy efficiency and decrease environmental impacts.

 

 

 

Sara Doody

Sara is currently a senior at Merrimack Valley High School. Sara is a member of National Honor Society and a varsity field hockey player. She plans to attend Worcester Polytechnic Institute this fall and study Civil Engineering. Her primary interest is Structural Engineering. Through civil engineering, she wishes to make tangible, positive impacts on the built environment by actively playing a role in upgrading critical infrastructure. Sara hopes to help the environment by deigning sustainable structures in the future.
