Join WTS-Indy for a discussion of the design and development of Pogues Run Trail as part of the Circle City Forward $21M investment for greenways and trails with Gretchen Zortman (Indy DPW) and Charlie Starling, PE (CHA). A walking tour will began after the speaking program.
