The mission of WTS is to attract, sustain, connect and advance women's careers to strengthen the transportation industry. Among our guiding principles is a dedication to shaping future generations of transportation leaders. 

The Hampton Roads Chapter Scholarship Program is one way we demonstrate that effort.
