Signature Leadership Roundtable
The Work is the Work; How to Continue to be an Inclusive Leader in Today's Shifting World

WTS CT Diversity and Leadership Committees are proud to be hosting Keyna Rutland from KJR Consulting on April 30th at 11am for an in-person event located at CTDOT's Headquarters in Newington.

In an ever-changing workplace, inclusive leadership isn’t a one-time initiative, it’s an ongoing commitment. The session equips leaders with the mindset and strategies to navigate evolving workplace dynamics, address systemic challenges, and foster environments where all employees feel valued and heard.

Participants will explore real-world scenarios, uncover barriers to inclusion, and develop practical skills to lead with equity and authenticity. This is Module #2 of the 2025 WTS CT DEI Series. To request Module #1 recording please reach out to [email protected].
