WTSCFL Thanks Swings for Scholarships Participants
Thanks to our participants and sponsors for the 2022 Swings for Scholarships event at TopGolf in Lake Mary. We had a beautiful sunny day with 92 registrants to golf or hang out in support of our scholarship program. The day included a buffet lunch and tournament play to hit a specific target each round.
We changed up the awards this year with the first, last and average team receiving recognition!
The CTS Engineering and Dewberry team was first place with the best overall score with team members Tyler Wallum from CTS and Hannah Hart, Kevin Koehler, and Mike Greenburg from Dewberry. Team members received Amazon gift cards.
The average team was the bay with The Keith Team and Stantec players Edwin Diaz, Tony Melton and Lori Treviranus from Keith and Mike Drauer, Jeannette Maldonado-Ambler, and Mike Van Der Heyden from Stantec. Team members received Total Wine gift cards.
Last place was the Transystems and MetroPlan Orlando team. Dani Alamnza, Bayly Cornett, and Gail Woods golfed for Transystems with Laura Bouck and Sarah Larsen from MetroPlan Orlando. The gift cards were from TopGolf to help improve their game!
