WTS-IE Annual Dinner Keynote Speaker: Carole Sanders
Carole Sanders is currently the Deputy Construction Manager Civil, working on the Vegas to Rancho Cucamonga High Speed Rail project in Southern California. As a licensed engineer, Carole has managed large complex transportation projects and has 36 years of experience working in the construction industry. Ms. Sanders is also a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and is a certified DRB Member for the State of California. To her credit and utilizing her experience, Carole was assigned the Project Manager and Senior Resident Engineer, managing the construction of the last several miles of the SR-210 Freeway in San Bernardino County under the authority of the San Bernardino Associated Governments (now the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority).
Ms. Sanders was coined “Queen of the SR-210 Freeway” by the San Bernardino Sun newspaper after this portion of the freeway was completed. Carole is also a published author with the ‘pen’ name Cora Smith of her short biography entitled “Predator in the Pews,” available on Amazon.
