The WTS Foundation has announced three available Strategic Scholarships to be named and presented by the following sponsoring companies: HDR, HNTB, and WSP. WTS is an international organization with the mission of advancing women and advancing transportation. WTS fosters the development of women in the transportation field by encouraging bright new professionals and students to undertake careers in the area of transportation.

Applications are available online and should be completed by the students via the website listed below. Applications are due by March 10, 2023.

Note: These are a separate set of scholarships from the ones coordinated by the Central Florida chapter. The local chapter will not be evaluating the Strategic Scholarships.

The minimum criteria for selection are:

• Applicant must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Currently enrolled in a transportation-related field, such as transportation engineering, planning, finance, or logistics.
• Plans to pursue a career in a transportation-related field.
