The WTS Colorado Chapter is refining our sponsorship process for 2024 to make it more accessible and equitable for all of our fantastic partners in the industry. This year, you can expect the following changes to the WTS Colorado sponsorship process.

• We are changing the sponsorship levels and amounts as well as the number of sponsorships available. You can view the list of available sponsorship levels and corresponding benefits here.
• Instead of receiving emails at random to sign up for a sponsorship spot, WTS will be utilizing the service SignUpGenius. 
• SignUpGenius allows for each sponsor to pick an available sponsorship level based on the number of spots available. Sponsorship levels with only one available slot (i.e. Premier Awards Gala, Premier Summer Social, etc.) will be claimed on a first come, first serve basis. If you don't get your first choice or get bounced for any reason, please keep trying to sign up for a spot.
• The sign-up process is a four-step process and should take no more than 5 minutes. Click for information on the sign-up process.

• Once you sign up for a slot, you are committed to that sponsorship level. Please only sign up for one slot and designate one company member to sign up for a sponsorship. 
• Once you sign up, a WTS member will be in touch with you to gather payment information. Payment isn't needed to commit and can be completed after the first of the year.

The sponsorship process will go live at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 5. We will send email reminders prior to the sponsorship process going live – please ensure you and all important company members are receiving the WTS newsletter prior to this date. Please mark your calendars now as we expect the limited-level sponsorships (Premier, Navigator and Guardian) to be claimed quickly.
