Program Recap

Transportation Trivia

Teams of transportation professionals across Richmond got together virtually to test their knowledge. Congratulations to our winners from VDOT! Proceeds from the event went to the WTS Foundation Fund, which funds academic scholarships and our Transportation YOU outreach program.

If you know the original use for Kevlar or the first highway to completely cross the Unites States, then be on the look out for our next Transportation Trivia Night; you may be ready to carry your team to victory!

Women Making History: Insights from Women Transportation Executives

The Central Virginia Chapter was proud to host Ana Bonet, CEO of Elizabeth River Crossings, and Kathleen Linehan, President of Alpha Corporation, among others as they shared their reflections on leadership as women in the transportation industry on March 22, 2022. The virtual event included pre-recorded lectures as well as a virtual panel discussion. A recording of the full program can be found on the chapter's YouTube channel.
