On behalf of the WTS-Boston Board and Committee Chairs, I’d like to wish everyone a happy and prosperous 2025! Thank you for your continued support of the WTS-Boston Chapter.

As I embark on my two-year term as WTS-Boston President and we celebrate our Chapter’s 45th year in operation, I want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who has generously contributed their time and expertise to our organization. Our volunteers are the backbone of our success, and their dedication makes WTS-Boston the thriving community it is today.

Looking ahead, I am excited to build on the incredible momentum of our Chapter. Together, we will continue to deliver impactful and relevant programming, grow our membership, and advance women’s careers, further strengthening the transportation industry.

Over the next two years, I would like us to focus on three key goals:

• Increasing diversity within our leadership and membership to better reflect the communities we serve.
• Enhancing member and sponsor engagement to ensure our programming and benefits meet the evolving needs of our partners.
• Expanding WTS’s reach to underrepresented areas of the transportation sector.

To those who aren’t yet involved—or who may have taken a break—I encourage you to explore our committees and find a role that resonates with your interests. I firmly believe that the more you invest in WTS, the more rewarding your experience will be. Our Chapter thrives on fresh ideas and new perspectives, and we’re eager to hear from you.
