WTS-Boston Member on the Move: Lori Chicoyne
WTS-Boston member, Lori Chicoyne, has been recently promoted as Vice President and Principal of BSC Group.
As BSC’s Director of Client Development, Lori engages with clients to help identify synergies between clients and partner firms to help achieve project goals. Her work in the transportation industry has earned her accolades from her peers, including the 2019 WTS-Boston Member of the Year Award. Importantly, Lori has shepherded the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion program through its inaugural year, collaborating with colleagues to envision and implement a grassroots effort to create a vibrant and engaging culture for the firm.
A devoted member of WTS-Boston, Lori co-chaired the organization’s international conference, leading the multifaceted, multiday event that attracted industry leaders to engage in the promotion of women in transportation through technical excellence and innovation. Currently, Lori serves on ACEC/MA’s Transportation Agencies Liaison Committee (TALC) as well as the MBTA Partnering Committee and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Task Force. She also serves as co-chair for WTS-Boston’s Mentoring Committee. Previously, Lori served as the president for the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
She is personable, dedicated, and accomplished in the industry. She enjoys using her skill set to broaden clientele bases, assist technical staff, and showcase the brand of the company. Lori is a graduate of Bryant University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in marketing.
