On January 16, 2025, WTS-Boston held their virtual Management Networking Roundtable event. The event drew 12 professionals representing managers from MassDOT, MBTA and the consulting community. The discussion was moderated by Marian Barth, STV and Lyris Liautaud, MassDOT, who guided the group though various insights on project management methodologies, best practices, getting started, and problem solving. The attendees gained valuable perspectives on how to approach planning, tackle challenges, and foster teamwork. The group asked questions and shared their own experiences.
