The WTS Baltimore TransportationYOU Committee is planning another event with Girl Scouts of Central Maryland. This virtual event will be held on April 21 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. In honor of Earth Day, we’d like to focus on career opportunities in environmental fields such as environmental engineering, planning, or sciences. We hope to find women who work in related fields for this event, but anyone interested is welcome to participate.  

We’re looking for volunteers to help organize the event, talk about related career paths, and work with girls to solve a hands-on environmental design activity to help them earn their “Think like an Engineer” badge. With Covid restrictions, the event will be held live online and will be interactive with middle school girls.
