Dear WTS Members, Chapter Leadership, and Stakeholders,

We are saddened to announce the departure of our esteemed President and CEO, Sara Stickler. Since joining WTS in 2018, Sara has worked tirelessly to grow, elevate, and enhance our organization and all that we do.

Sara has led us toward a bigger, better WTS with unwavering support of all our members and our mission. During her tenure, we have dramatically extended the reach of WTS with the addition of 15 new Chapters and a 45% increase in membership. Sara guided the development of the unified “One WTS” strategic plan that brings all entities of WTS under a shared strategy. She also assembled the highly talented team that will carry forward her legacy, one that has helped solidify WTS’s position as one of the foremost associations in our field.

Of this transition, Sara wrote, “I greatly value and appreciate the relationships I have built with WTS members, chapter leaders, and board members, as we have worked collaboratively to grow this organization to be a well-respected, inclusive, and sought-after professional association.”

We are incredibly grateful for all Sara has contributed to our organization and our industry. We want to thank Sara for such dedication and hope success continues to follow her as she moves on to new endeavors. Together, we look forward to the exciting opportunity for a new leader to guide WTS forward to the next level!
