John Audi, PhD, CCM is the Chief Financial Officer at BSC Group overseeing accounting, finance, and IT. John’s expertise lies in streamlining processes, financial management, technology implementation, negotiations, and staff management and mentoring.
Most recently John served as Assistant Director of Capital Programs at the Massachusetts Port Authority overseeing a $2.5B five-year capital program. Prior to Massport, John was the Senior Director of Capital Planning and Project Controls for Harvard Capital Planning and Project Management at Harvard University. John’s experience also includes working at national AEC firms.
