In October, McKinsey & Company published the 2023 issue of their “Women in the Workplace” Report. The study, released annually since 2015, collected information from 276 participating organizations employing more than ten million people. At these organizations, McKinsey surveyed more than 27,000 employees and 270 senior HR leaders, who shared insights on their policies and practices
