On Thursday, February 20, high in the sky on the 52nd Floor of the Mellon Bank Building at the venerable Pyramid Club, WTS Philadelphia and COMTO Philadelphia hosted a Welcome Reception in honor of SEPTA’s new General Manager, Leslie Richards.

A tradition for the two professional associations dedicated to equality, diversity, and inclusion, this event brought mass transit collaborators together in an informal social setting... before getting down to business! More than 150 people attended the event.
