Tamika L. Butler is a national expert and speaker on issues related to the built environment, equity, anti-racism, diversity and inclusion, organizational behavior, and change management.
During this event, Tamika will be discussing diversity vs. inclusion, intentional inclusion and action-based plans, bystander intervention, industry-centric employee relations, and the retention rate of women and women of color in the industry. She will also be speaking on how to rise to higher levels of leadership and how people in the industry in positions of power affect change. Tamika will provide participants with tools they can use to affect change in the industry and real world. The event will conclude with a question and answer session.
