DEI-In-Motion: National Bike Month
May is National Bike Month! it was established in 1956, promoted by the League of American Bicyclists and celebrated in communities from coast to coast. Recently, the League of American Bicyclists ranked Massachusetts as the #1 bicycle friendly state. The WTS-Boston Diversity Committee invites folks to join us in encouraging more people to give biking a try. When more people ride bikes, life is better for everyone. Whether you’re riding for fun, fitness, with family, or taking essential trips to work or to shop, you are part of the movement for safer streets, connected communities, a healthier planet, and happier people.
We hope that the hundreds of thousands of you who participated in Bike Month events during past years continue to do so through virtual, solo, or safely distanced events in May 2022, and beyond.
