Melisa Henriquez Valencia, Resilient Practice Specialist at HDR, has been elected Secretary of the WTS South Florida Chapter. Melisa brings over ten years of advising collegiate student organizations of 100+ members, where she focused on enhancing their operational and administrative structures. She is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment for women in transportation and is committed to ensuring the chapter’s efficient operations, fostering member engagement, and contributing to its continued growth and success.
