On Wednesday, September 8th, we had an engaging panel discussion with Jeannette Quirus and Vanessa Nedrick on the importance of community involvement personally and professionally. 

One favorite quote from the session was “Our talents are not for us to keep, they are for us to share”... And wow do these two women share their talents! They shared a lot about how they started volunteering and what it’s added to their personal and professional life, but more importantly how they juggle it all. The take-away is that people make time for the things important to them, and volunteering and giving back to your community, profession, or other causes is easier when it’s important to you. Thank you Jeannette and Vanessa for sharing your experiences!
