In 2021 the WTS Puget Sound chapter formed a Glass Ceiling Committee to research whether women and nonbinary-identifying transportation professionals face a “glass ceiling” limiting their career advancement. After completing research and surveying the last few years, the committee has completed its initial assessment, which will act as a baseline for subsequent reports.
