Announcing the Fred Berger Endowed Scholarship
WTS International and the WTS Foundation are pleased to announce the establishment of the Fred Berger Endowed Scholarship, which will provide financial support towards scholarships for students pursuing transportation-related careers through the WTS New Jersey Chapter.
The WTS Foundation is deeply grateful for this commitment from the Berger Charitable Foundation, which has been instrumental in strengthening communities worldwide by expanding equitable access to STEM education. Funded by a $50,000 donation, this endowed scholarship provides vital support for young women and addresses the ever-growing need to advance women’s representation in the industry and expand the pipeline for future leaders.
The Fred Berger Endowed Scholarship will be available for the 2025-2026 WTS Foundation scholarship application cycle and will be distributed in partnership with the WTS New Jersey Chapter.
