Join us for a professional development training opportunity on Gallup’s CliftonStrengths talent assessment, facilitated by VTrans’ Director of Civil Rights Colleen Montague and VTrans’ Director of Organizational Development Christine Hetzel.
Learn about your own strengths and how strengths can be used to motivate or build awareness of leadership styles for individuals and can be a tool to improve communication and understand how to help teams resolve conflicts and work to their strengths.
This event will be free for members. WTS VT will reimburse members who register for the training and complete the Top 5 Assessment, a $20 value.
$25 for non-members. Additionally, non-members should pay individually for the Top 5 Assessment, which is strongly encouraged, but not required for participation.
