Covered Bridges are a quintessential New England staple. Join WTS-NH on Wednesday, June 19th, as we take an opportunity to explore a covered bridge in our own backyard, the New England Covered Bridge in Henniker, New Hampshire. Our group will be led by Kim Varney Chandler, the award-winning author of Covered Bridges of New Hampshire.
The group will meet at Daniel's Restaurant and Pub in Henniker, New Hampshire at 3 pm. The program will begin with appetizers and a cash bar for networking and social time. The group will then enjoy a presentation and discussion with author, Kim Varney Chandler. Following the discussion, the group will walk over to explore the New England Covered Bridge in Henniker. It is a short walk, but attendees are advised to wear comfortable shoes.
