Discussion will be moderated by Eva Hamori of STV Incorporated, a certified Change Management practitioner. The evening will be held in person, at the offices of HNTB, 31 St. James Avenue, Boston.

Eva Hamori is an industry leader with over 25 years representing client interests for a variety of complex projects, successfully delivering several hundred of them in the corporate, high-tech, financial services, academic, healthcare, and biotech segments. As a Prosci-certified Change Management Advisor, Eva works to make sure objectives are met on time and on budget, with clear and timely communication throughout the entire project. Her focus is on the “people” side of change, including, but not limited to, changes in business locations, processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. Eva creates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Criteria for participants includes:
1. Must be a member of WTS
2. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the transportation industry.
3. May either manage people and projects in the transportation industry OR aspire to be a technical expert in the transportation industry.
Diversity in level of experience and background is a strength of the program that is strongly encouraged.
