About our guest speaker:
Abigail Davis bka Abi, was born in Guyana South America and spent much of her time growing up in Brooklyn, NY and Cincinnati, Ohio. She is the last of six children and married for 16 years (Aaron) with two boys (Ashton and Aiden). Abi earned her BA in Psychology with a minor in African American Studies and her MA in Counseling for Mental Health from the University of Cincinnati. She also holds a Post-Graduate Certification in Organizational Leadership. With over 17 years of experience in Learning & Development, she strives to not only challenge her growth, but to also provide the best possible learning experiences for those she encounters. She is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Goodwill of North Georgia and aspires to continue to grow and rise within the Learning and Development sector.
Her mantra is “The only limit to your impact is your imagination and commitment”. Abi is committed to leaving a tremendous impact on learners and encouraging them to not only invest in their learning, but to strive to be their best to discover their hidden potential.
