Two years into the pandemic, working mothers are still shouldering the crushing burden of working, educating, and parenting with little to no support. Managing the countless demands on their time requires a daily assessment of what is critical and what can slide. Counterbalancing this hardship are the moments of reflection, progress and connection.
Please join us for a luncheon where the WTS Programs Committee will host a panel discussion enumerating the joys and frustrations of being a working mother in the transportation industry. Our panelists will share stories of advocacy that led to change, relatable challenges and tips for tackling future hurdles.
In addition to the panel discussion, attendees will be able to get a complimentary headshot. Headshots will be taken one hour before and one hour after the program. Please sign up for a time slot.
