State Agency Alignment Process and how it Relates to Iowa DOT
Troy Jerman, Chief Operating Officer for the Iowa DOT, will delve into the State Agency Alignment Process and its significance for the Iowa DOT. Troy has been in his role as COO since October 2020 and has been employed by the Iowa DOT for over 30 years.
Troy is focused on cross-agency collaboration and coordination with a greater emphasis on less bureaucracy, strong customer focus, and modern delivery of government services. We are excited to hear from Troy on his experiences with the Iowa DOT!
