On behalf of the Glass Ceiling Committee, we are reaching out to invite you to take part in a survey that will help us better understand the ways that you feel supported and the barriers you face in advancing in your career in the professional transportation sector throughout the Puget Sound region.

This survey of employees in the professional transportation sector will help inform a 2026 update of our committee’s 2024 Glass Ceiling Baseline Report and will be used to identify trends over time.

Please take our survey, then share  it with women and nonbinary transportation professionals in your network. The survey should only take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

Individual responses will be kept confidential. Data will only be shared at an aggregated level, without any personal identifiers. Two surveys are available, one for employees, and one for employers:
