In the evolving American business landscape, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) play a pivotal role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the transportation sector.
Colorado is home to many DBE certified firms who continue to improve, impact, and better our shared community, here in Colorado. Despite the tools and resources major agencies use to advance DBE participation, DBEs still face significant challenges and disparities compared to non-DBE businesses.
Three individuals who represent different DBE firms here in Denver, Colorado will help us shed some light on the challenges occurring in our own backyard.
