Lisa Hinz, Founder of The Confidence Track, brings over 25 years of valuable corporate leadership experience to the table. In her recent position at Kiewit, a Fortune 300 construction and engineering company in North America, she oversaw a team of 75 professionals dedicated to infrastructure proposals across the U.S. and Canada. She’s given numerous performance reviews over the years, as well as provided guidance to her senior managers on giving them. Lisa also contributed her expertise to Kiewit’s Talent Development group, adding depth to her versatile skill set. Lisa now creates and facilitates leadership programs and coaches professionals who are driven to take their careers to the next level. She focuses on elevating leadership confidence and turning professionals into influential leaders.
David Huntsinger, PE brings a well-rounded perspective of career growth within the local Transportation market having worn many hats throughout his career. Following his 30 years of dedication at the City and County of Denver, David dabbled in the consultant world before his current position as Ames Construction’s Regional Alternative Delivery Manager, overseeing all alternative delivery business development, pursuits, and projects. Whether you work at an agency, consultant firm, or contractor, he understands the importance of setting realistic career goals, receiving/giving constructive feedback, and “doing the work” to maintain momentum through the ups and downs of professional development.
Sabrina Becker: Sabrina (she/her) is Jacobs global leader for inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and employee benefits at Jacobs. With more than 20 years of experience as a leader, she is guided by a passion for helping employees thrive, grow as professionals, and build communities that support their journeys. Her human resource teams lead global programs that promote wellbeing, inclusivity, engagement, and community.
