Part 1 - Championing Gender Equity
A Workshop Series to Transform Workplaces, presented by Stantec
WTS Minnesota is proud to offer a two-part training series from Strategic Diversity Initiatives. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore this cultural moment, how it’s affecting us and our workplaces, what it means to show up as allies and advocates in the face of sexism & misogyny, genderism, racism, ableism, ageism, and other biases. Using a frame of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), we’ll practice pushing against imposter syndrome, reframing stereotypes and microaggressions, and finding our agency in liberatory new ways. Together we can build a world where sexism no longer holds us back.

Coffee and light breakfast to be provided. Participants are highly encouraged to attend both trainings. If schedules do not allow, it is ok to attend one or the other.
