Questions to Ask at the Event
As part of the Neurodiversity in the Workplace event, we would like to ensure that a range of perspectives are heard, especially from anyone who may not be comfortable publicly disclosing their mental health conditions or how those conditions have affected them. This questionnaire provides the opportunity to anonymously share your experience. Answers will be edited and condensed for clarity, and will be shared by panelists during the event in addition to their own responses.
If you would like to share your experience, please fill out this anonymous questionnaire by Wednesday, March 5. Answer as many or as few questions as you'd like.
