Libations & Leadership
Please join us for a discussion with Gayle Roberts. Gayle enjoyed a 37-year career with Stanley Consultants, retiring in 2018. Gayle will share her personal story: a path that started as a newly graduated chemical engineer and ultimately led her to the highest level of the organization as Chair, President, and CEO. She will also discuss the leadership attributes needed today and why women have the qualities to be great leaders in our organizations. Lattes Libations and Leadership is a free event that provides an opportunity to meet with diverse leaders in an informal setting. The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for interaction in a relaxed setting and learn from the speaker(s) about issues related to leadership, adversity, goal setting, lessons learned, and navigating the engineering world.
