The session will provide insights into how to create a positive team culture, integrate team members remotely, and how to make the most of the opportunities hybrid and remote work settings present. Panelists will share insights on their own adjustments from being in-person to remote or hybrid and talk about client perceptions of this change. Attendees will leave the session with a deeper understanding of best practices and strategies for applying these principles to their own teams.
