LEAP - Leadership for Emerging and Advancing Professionals 2022

LEAP is a two-day workshop focused on helping women in the early stages of their transportation careers further their personal and professional growth. Women with 2-5 years of experience in the transportation field who are also WTS members in good standing are eligible to apply. More about the 2022 LEAP program:
- The workshop will be held in person Saturday and Sunday, October 29th and 30th 2022 in Silverton, Oregon. Carpools are avaible upon request.
- We are honored to announce Beverly A. Scott, Ph.D., and Judy Clarke, M.Ed. as our facilitators. Learn more about these facilitators here.
- Tuition and a night lodging cost are sponsored by WTS Portland for the selected applicants.
- This workshop is offered to WTS Portland Members only. If you are not a member and would like to apply for this program, you can join WTS Portland here. If you are not a WTS Portland member and you are an indigenous woman, a woman of color and/or a woman who speaks English as a second language, you can apply for a WTS Portland one-year membership scholarship as part your LEAP application by responding to question #10 on your application.
