Rob Maxwell, PE, Director of Infrastructure, Harris County Precinct 4
Rob Maxwell is Commissioner Cactus Jack Cagle’s Director of Infrastructure, a position he has held since June 2021. Precinct 4 is larger than 10 US States with a population of approximately 1.3 million people. The Infrastructure Division is responsible for managing and developing the Capital Improvement Plan that is currently over $400 million in construction value. Rob’s diverse experience includes schematics, PS&E and Construction Management of City Streets, County Roads, Freight Rail, Light Rail Transit, and TxDOT highways. He’s a graduate of the University of Houston, an award-winning Engineer, and a constructor of some awesome sandcastles.
