Join WTS CT and Kenya Rutland from KJR Consulting on March 26 at 12pm for a virtual session on Inclusive Leadership. During this session, we will engage leaders in exploring their organization's business case for leaning into inclusion. They will gain insights into aligning their leadership shadow with the actions and behaviors that demonstrate commitment to supporting ALL members. We will then introduce six traits of inclusive leaders that encourage a healthy workplace culture. Leaders will leave the session with awareness and insight into their personal role in achieving inclusion at their organization.
