This WTS-KC virtual event will include a brief presentation from David Johnson, Vice President of Planning and Strategy at the Kansas Area Transportation Authority (KCATA), and Justin Meyer, Deputy Director of Aviation for the City of Kansas City, Missouri (KCMO). Kansas City area transit and air passenger travelers have responded to recent user surveys about the impacts of COVID on their travel habits and we'll hear from both David and Justin on survey responses and what this may indicate for air and public transit in Kansas City in the near and long term. Following presentations, there will be a question and answer session moderated by Lauren Reiman, Planner at HNTB.
