Is your team healthy? A healthy organization starts with its people. Organizational leaders know how to tackle complex challenges, maximize results, cultivate a culture of commitment, foster growth, and shape effective teams. The Creating Healthy Teams session will allow you to assess your team to ensure proper alignment by establishing trust and well-being and creating a collaborative environment that empowers team members to build the resilience necessary to overcome obstacles that often sink other teams.
The Mentoring Program is partnering with the Professional Development Committee to host an open event on Creating Healthy Teams. Our speaker, Lindsey Robertson Lentz, will lead an interactive workshop that includes an assessment enabling participants to evaluate the health of their team and actionable steps that they can take to help their team develop healthy habits. The event will consist of breakout sessions to encourage collaboration and support networking.
The presentation will begin promptly so we encourage everyone to arrive on time to not miss anything. This is an in-person event only, there will not be an option to join virtually or to watch a recording after.
Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
