We'll hear about how the Philadelphia Water Department is managing water and sewer infrastructure; how PennDOT interfaces with safety, maintenance, and capital programs; and how Wilmington, Delaware links water infrastructure investments with regional capital projects.  We'll also touch on shared issues as they relate to technology, succession planning, an inclusive and diverse workforce and engaging community.
