This year’s conference theme, The WTS Mosaic: Mobility + Momentum, highlights the culturally rich fabric of Toronto, while also addressing our industry's critical work to advance mobility, improve transportation access, and build collective momentum for the future.

Call for Abstracts
Share your specialized knowledge, insights, research, and experience in a conference breakout session! This year, the WTSI Board of Directors has prioritized four new pillars to support strategic growth, stakeholder engagement, and overall excellence for the organization. We encourage all submittals to consider the four pillars: Expansion of modes of transportation, Focus on chapter and members, Small businesses, and the Resiliency of WTS. The 2025 Annual Conference tracks are Technical, Leadership, Workforce, and Student/Emerging Professionals.
Abstract submissions are due by Friday November 8th, 2024.
Call for Posters
Share your research and experience in a poster exhibition at the 2025 Annual Conference. We welcome poster submissions from all transportation modes, and strongly encourage posters that highlight equity regardless of topic. A gallery highlighting posters that align with the Conference theme, The WTS Mosaic: Mobility + Momentum, will be on display for attendees to view throughout the conference.
